Christina is a co-founder of Meta-LUCID (founded 2007), a firm of consulting practitioners specialising in designing and implementing talent management strategy to increase management and leadership capabilities and capacity for organisations. Providing solutions that are unique in what they achieve; blending growth mindset, complexity science with Discovery and Action Learning methods and tools. Supporting people to “think and execute” beyond their perceived limits in order to achieve improved business outcomes.
Christina’s expertise includes talent strategy, strategic facilitation and leadership development. She combines her passion, knowledge and experience across Talent and Leadership research with a true practitioner approach to support organisations to create and execute people strategies. Often this involves working with and coaching senior management teams and facilitating board-level strategic alignment workshops to multi-lingual audiences. Applying simple yet effective participant-led discovery methodologies to accelerate a robust learning journey from Knowing, Doing to Being ®, both in-person and virtual and facilitator-led to resolve the complexities of organisational challenges has proved significant behavioural shifts enabling teams to execute and achieve extraordinary results and companies to realise Returns on Investment.
Prior to Meta-LUCID, Christina held the position of Managing Director of Forum Europe, where she managed consecutive years of significant profitable growth from a loss-making position, focussing on the evaluation and contracting of third-party relationships with European partners and as Global Head of Client Engagements. Christina builds on a successful career in Banking and Finance in her earlier career, specifically in Retail, Corporate and Mastercard Services.
