Georges Landes is passionate about people and team dynamics.  His work focuses on designing and delivering transformational team workshops, so teams own their stories and keep transforming themselves towards achieving their successes and happiness, hence, impacting positively in their organisation.

Georges is a Senior Executive coach, and visiting programme Director for leading business schools. As an executive coach, he has been designing and implementing group and individual coaching interventions for senior executives for more than 10 years. His recent facilitating focuses on team dynamics and personality diversity.  As a coach, he facilitates individual change processes with managers who face challenges in interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.

Georges holds a Master in Coaching from the LinkupCoaching (European Center for Professional Coaching Training) Institute in Paris and the INSEAD Certificate Coaching Programme.  He holds several certifications and licences in various psychometric leadership instruments such as 360° instruments and Serious Gaming from Kets de Vries Institutes, and the e-color Personality Development Indicator from Equilibria.
