Sandrine Oeuvrard is the founder of Archipel Connect, a coaching company that supports individuals, teams and organisations in their cultural transformations.

After 18 years’ operational, marketing and HR executive experience at Nissan, Chanel, Decléor-Carita and L’Oréal, Sandrine assists companies with their major transformation projects by facilitating collaboration within teams, creating coherence and engaging employees around a common project.

She is passionate about human relations, managerial behaviours and group dynamics, and their impact on employees and collective performance. As a professional coach, Sandrine strongly believes in the capacity of people to innovate and bounce back when relying on their strengths. This positive approach is at the heart of her coaching.

Sandrine is an ICF Executive Coach and has an MBA from De Montfort University, UK.
