Sebastien Olleon’s focus is on organisational analysis and change management, with a passion for passing on practical knowledge in an academic and playful way.
Through his operational or consulting experiences, Sebastien has largely devoted himself to the management of complex transformation projects, seeking to take account of the systemic nature of the phenomena at work in these situations. Sociologist of organisations, François Dupuy, significantly enriched his approach to collective efficiency in large organisations after meeting then working with him. Since then, he has developed training courses focused on “fast learning” and masterclasses to popularise the fundamentals of Strategic Organisation Analysis.
Sebastien began his career in the US working on restructuring projects for distressed companies. He worked for a few years in change management consulting before holding various positions in the banking sector, notably as a director of the cabinet or advisor to the CEO of several financial institutions: Credit Agricole CIB, Newedge and Natixis. A graduate of HEC, he is a partner at Cabinet Grand Angle and an investor in several SMEs/ETI. He works with CEOs and management teams operating in a broad field of activities such as agriculture, logistics, IT, public administration, asset management, banking, retail distribution, and telecoms.
At CEDEP, Sebastien is Programme Director and proposes to enrich your “toolbox” with three obsessions: that it be useful, relevant in your context, and exciting to implement!
