Véronique Olivier-Martin is an illustrator and facilitator. She has over 15 years of specialized experience in the use of visualisation to stimulate collective intelligence.

By mixing mind mapping approaches and humorous drawing, she explores all the dimensions of drawing in the service of the life of organisations.

Véronique has worked in  business as consultant for Ersnt & Young and CapGemini Consulting, She has been working freelance since 2010.

Véronique also illustrates books. Her latest book, Adultes, enfants, une relation à construire (Les Chroniques Sociales, 2020) is completely handwritten and illustrated, based on conversations with the author, Christine Schuhl. 

She is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce of Grenoble. 

Veronique has been sketching insights from conversations taking place in leadership programmes over several years, whether delivered on campus or digitally.
