Muriel Barnier is our SPE CEDEP Safety Leadership Programme Director. After winning the first IOGP Outstanding Young Professional Award in 2016, she became the global head of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Training & Communications at Schlumberger, and manager of Schlumberger SAFE, an umbrella strategy to drive the company to a step change in safety. The outstanding results achieved with this strategy were recognised by the CEO Award in 2019.
She is also founder and managing director of Lime Core, a company dedicated to learning and communications in HSE, Leadership and Employee Engagement.
