We run over 70 leadership development programmes each year which can be delivered in person, either at our residential campus in Fontainebleau or wherever you are in the world, online or as a blend of both.
All of our programmes are rooted in the real world and driven by the real-life challenges of our community. Our added-value lies in the co-creation of our innovative and highly relevant programme content by bringing together the L&D experts from our member companies and our learning partners with experts and faculty from many of the world’s top business schools.
Custom Programmes: Highly-personalised company specific programmes
With our deep understanding and close working relationship with each member company, we are able to co-create highly-personalised, custom company specific programmes. These are driven by a member’s specific business challenges and strategic issues and results in highly relevant and actionable learning.
They can then be delivered in person, either at our residential campus in Fontainebleau or wherever they are in the world, online or as a blend of both.
Open Multi-Company Programmes: Our innovative open enrolment programmes
All of our open enrolment multi-company programmes are co-created and updated each year with the HR and L&D experts from our member companies, learning partners and faculty from many of the world’s top business schools. This means they are rooted in the real world and driven by the real-life, current and most pressing challenges of our members.
They can then be delivered in person, online or as a blend of both.
