Rémi Riou is Vice President Global Talent & Functions ITT Group, a diversified leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions for the energy, transportation and industrial markets.

ITT’s global talent strategy is to drive performance by developing and implementing programs to attract, engage, improve, and retain employees with critical skills and in key roles in an employment base of 10,000+ spread across 35 countries.

Rémi is passionate about leading business transformation towards profitable growth based on over 25 years of experience in the Automotive and FMCG Industries in multiple countries around the world.

Rémi has developed a real passion on Talent acquisition and advancement during his career.

Across his career, Rémi has led transformations inside changing environments ranging from a start-up in the U.S.to global environments, in Europe, North & South America and Asia.

Rémi worked for 15 years for Valeo, few years for Suntory group, and has been for the past 6 years working for ITT group (global US listed company).

Rémi’s career started in Finance with growing roles up to global CFO, prior to becoming General Manager leading the acquisition, integration and transformation of a global company. He is now leading a global HR role.

He brings to the Board a wealth of global experience in improving company performance and growth.

He is a French national, has a Master of Finance from the European Business School Paris and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe.

Rémi has been a CEDEP board member since February 2021.
